周筱兰（陶红饰）在KTV工作，与男友阿ken（吴彦祖饰）感情甚浓。一天晚上，有一个年轻女仔找她，原来是Ken的前女友陈蕙贞。陈蕙贞向周筱兰大吐苦水，并想让周了解Ken的用情不专及恶劣行为。开始周筱兰对陈蕙贞的话还是半信半疑的，但后来出于同样是女性的考虑，周筱兰开始渐渐相信陈蕙贞的话，并且联合一起对付负心汉阿ken，令阿Ken处处碰壁。 阿Ken得到惩罚后，陈蕙贞向周筱兰说出了所有事情背后的真相。
