2013年4月2日，杨澜将携《天下女人》登陆山东卫视晚间10点黄金档，据悉，为适应全新播出平台，使节目更加接地气，杨澜团队特意对该节目进行了重新包装和策划，从内容、舞美、节目时长等各方面都有所升级，与之前湖南卫视播出时相比，节目形态焕然一新。
