《中国梦·我的梦——中国网络视听年度盛典》由广电总局网络视听司指导，艺委会主办，中国电视艺术交流协会和优酷、芒果TV、爱奇艺、腾讯视频、快手、抖音、哔哩哔哩、咪咕联合承办。盛典拟以“中国梦·我的梦”作为晚会主题，用五个篇章来全面展示网络视听行业一年来在主旋律创作等方面的成绩，充分展现网络视听行业蓬勃发展的新风貌，激励全行业奋发有为以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开和“中国梦”提出十周年。
